Dell Studio Update : Capacitive Touch Panel Firmware update : Fixes Auto Eject and Auto Glow of panel

I have had enough with the capacitive panel of my Dell Studio 1535 , the eject button used to glow frequently and sometimes the glow was accompanied with the Optiarc 7400S drive ejecting automatically.It was pretty annoying and i contacted dell customer care several times , and they did replace my drive once , still the problem persisted , i thought that i’m done with this issue and  stopped the frequent mailing to Dell customer care, which i believe is one of the most responsive customer care facility around.

Recently [ 2 months back ] i got the firmware update , in the instructions it was told that i should boot the system with the given image[ISO].I was a bit reluctant to try it out, uncomfortable of the the idea of booting up the system with the update [ it’s so 80’ish Procedure ,i thought ].And few weeks back i accidentally found myself searching for the news on this.
