From what I understand besides getting better volume from your dell studio speaker, both your headphone jacks are working fine aswell.

I am saying this because my studio does not work like yours do. Though the sound is better without the idt driver, both headphone jacks do work but unfortunately they do not work simulteneously. Was wondering if you might have had experienced this.
