Finally, i received the courier from Blue Dart [ DHL ] shipped by Dell, the midnight blue colored Dell Studio 1535 lappie :) .

For those of you who are interested in knowing its specs, Here it is ;)

    Hi,
    I got a dell with pretty much the exact same config. Have only used it for a day now but am noticing a couple of things.

    1) The speaker sound quality is AWFUL. I can barely hear anything over the system speakers. Havent tested it on external ones or headphones as yet.

    2) The processor is supposed to be a major improvement over my old inspiron’s centrino processor but I find it working at 100% CPU often.

    Have you faced similar issues on your machine?

    I have the 1537 w/ultimate and with a Mike Ming top. SERIOUS issues with the sound. There is no real fix for the crappy speakers. I have uninstalled the IDT audio codec and let microsoft codec install and it is a little better but for the money I expected more.:sad:

    Hello srikanth,

    CPU usage must be coz of a malware probably.Coz my lappie is workin wonderfully for the past 4 months.Perfectly..
    The only thing i didnt like was the audio but that’s now cleared.

    How did you manage to fix the audio sound issue? The sound is really bad on this compared to my old dell inspiron 6400.
